On the global fact gathering tour for his eco-documentary, “Planet in Peril,” CNN’s Anderson Cooper traveled to the rain forests of Brazil, the ice sheets of Greenland…and Oscar the Grouch’s garbage can?
The eco-anchor showed up on Sesame Street today to interview Walter Cranky and Dan Rather-Not about the letter “G” and words beginning with it. We’re not sure if he spoke to Oscar about upgrading to a recycling bin. We’re also not sure if Oscar asked him about a certain “G” word that he has never addressed publicly.
In related AC news, Cooper will debut “Planet in Peril” at the CMJ Festival on Friday in NYC. He will follow-up the screening with a Q&A session at the IFC Center.
