Add green to that iconic red, white and black—the new Air Jordans are going eco-friendly! Michael Jordan introduced the special 23rd edition of his signature sneakers yesterday and there’s a new wrinkle; they’ll be made using sustainable materials and methods. They are the first of Nike’s environmentally friendly line dubbed “Considered.”
We considered buying them, but then we realized that even these shoes couldn’t help the beleaguered Beanstockd varsity basketball team. We are, however, looking into “Considered” elbow pads—to help when we’re curling our 40oz dumbbells. Zing!
