With the fourth season over and the fifth season’s start date unannounced, what can Top Chef fans consume this summer? They can relish TV chef, Alton Brown, who serves up delectable Good Eats with a splash of environmental concern.
Brown has become increasingly concerned with sustainability issues because he wants his eight-year-old daughter to inherit a healthy planet. In an interview with Grist, he commented, "I think it makes sense to try to change the way food is grown and animals are raised rather than by, for example, just not eating animals. We can’t fix problems by shunning them."
And, we can’t fix TV chef addictions, so why not feed them?
