Unless you’ve been living under a rock, or were stranded at sea like those poor football players, you’ve probably heard of a boy band called the Jonas Brothers. They released their 3D Concert Experience this past weekend, and we were there opening night. Who doesn’t love a good pair of 3D glasses? Fellow environmentalists will be happy to know that all 3D glasses were recycled at the end of each showing. This method is way better than the old 3D glasses (the cardboard ones that everyone just trashed after)!
The JoBros don’t just make music; they make dreams come true. Terminally ill Jayla Cooper was surprised on Sunday with a visit from Kevin, Nick and Joe, who serenaded the dying girl with their hit Love Bug. Jayla, age nine, recently “married” her 7-year-old friend Jose Griggs. Both of the children are suffering from leukemia; the two chose Love Bug for their first dance at their wedding. The wedding was Jayla’s greatest wish, but we think having the Jonas Brothers tell you they love you might just top a white dress and a first dance. Watch the video. Wipe your eyes. Tell us you don’t absolutely adore the Jonas Brothers with all your heart. There isn’t anything more beautiful than paying it forward. Can we get an AMEN?
