Yeah I absolutely adore all of Whedon’s other shows, and this one really hasn’t been good at all. I will say that the cult episode has been the best so far, but that’s not saying much. I’ll stick around til the end of the season, simply because even bad Whedon is better than no Whedon, and who knows when or if we’ll ever get another of his shows.
Comment by rob 03.16.09 @ 12:20 amI couldn’t agree more. I quit watching it after the 3rd episode. Where’s the humor? the freshness? Is there a character on TV more irritating than the head scientist guy? Such a disappointment. Joss – stay away from FOX. They ruin your visions.
Comment by Ctg 03.16.09 @ 4:33 pmWow. Could you guys be any more off base? Admittedly the series started off slow, but there was no point that I thought that it was a bad or poorly executed series. Every week Whedon has given tiny little hints that there is more going on. The surrounding characters have been developing stronger and clearer each week. Firefox moved slow as well. It’s all in Whedons way of setting things up. I’m loving the new show and hope that it is given another chance!
