The next celeb to do a designer collaboration? None other than Miss Miley Cyrus. That’s right, she’s collaborating with BCBG designer Max Azria – for a line that will sell in the juniors section of Walmart. I love me some Miley, but the girl ain’t no fashionista. However, if this means she’ll be around the Fashion Week tents come September, I’m all for it.
Dolce & Gabbana, however, think they’re too good for a diffusion line. When asked if they’d consider designing for say, H&M, they frowned and said that kind of exposure could be dangerous. GASP, poor people buying D&G? Atrocious!
Target has bagged Carlos Falchi as their next designer collab. Except faux-snakeskin bags in bright colors. Also, expect it to sell out, because I’ll be buying every single piece!
