After spending months terrorizing vacationers at an island resort in St. Lucia, Amy Winehouse is back in the UK and has successfully completed one of her many comeback attempts. This weekend the Rehab singer surprised V Festival concert attendees as a special guest of the band The Specials. Winehouse performed multiple songs at the outdoor music festival, which besides hosting an eclectic lineup is also known for its eco-friendly policies. Her performance may not have been a complete return to her pre-Keith Richards days, but unlike past comeback attempts, Amy did manage to refrain from breaking into her signature dance move, where her off-beat shimmying resembles more of an involuntary drug withdrawal twitch. And hey, for someone who looked liked the above picture just days before the performance, we’re excited Ames was even able to stand.
