The Sexiest Man Alive got a little sexier yesterday (yes it is possible) when he helped kick off Climate Week NYC. Hugh Jackman was spotted walking through the West Village with his daughter Ava, on her very eco-friendly scooter, and his wife Deborah, just before making an appearance at the New York Public Library. At the event Hugh said, ““I hope to be a voice for the billion people in developing countries who will be the hardest hit by changing weather patterns, by the droughts and floods that destroy their crops and threaten their food security.” If you want to get involved with Climate Week too, there are several events that are free and open to the public like the Brooklyn Rebuilds, Brooklyn Cares Day tomorrow at Brooklyn Borough Hall where you can sign your name on a rowboat that will be used to row from Africa to Brooklyn powered only by solar panels and a wind turbine. We’d even pay to sign if we could see see Hugh Jackman row the boat shirtless; maybe they’ll add to the schedule for next year!
