How the heck do you have gender reassignment surgery? Are there male organs just lying around waiting to be attached? Somebody please write back and ’splain this one to me.

Check out Dr. Gary Alter’s webpage. He does a lot of gender reassignment surgeries. He has photos and explanations. Mostly, they “build” from what’s already there. He was a featured Dr. on Dr. 90210. He’s quite legit.

Fantastic!!!! Anyone who can match the outs to the ins and be who they feels they are has my full support! Finally Chaz is complete and can walk proudly! I dont think because you’re born you have to remain as is -you find your path and you find that love within. I think Cher is ahelluva a mom and Chaz looks great.

I’m so happy for him. That must be a very difficult process to go through, especially while under public scrutiny. I’m glad he’s finally in a place where he can be himself and so proudly in love. We should all be as lucky.

I think the whole thing is ridiculous. Don’t mess with God or Mother Nature. Be Happy with who you are. It doesn’t matter if your straight or gay, who cares in this day and age. Is she going to be any happier mentally because she had a sex change. NO! It’s not the physical being, it’s what’s on the inside that matters. That is what keeps you alive and healthy. If she wasn’t happy with who she was before, she is not going to be happy with who she is now.

I also want to know how this penis is attached!  Beats me.
