Britney Spears has found the solution to the one question that successful businessmen have been trying to answer for decades: is it possible to make an exorbitant amount of money by doing absolutely nothing? Answer B. Spears: yes.

Britney’s latest music video, “Break the Ice”, is an animated short in which the heroine fights ninjas, hacks into computers, and makes out with cyborgs. Let’s tally up how much effort has really gone into the release of this video:

Song - Zero. Britney did not write the music, and it is questionable if this actually counts as singing. Hot beat though.

Video - Zero. Since the video is entirely animated, no need for real-life Britters to dance, act or lipsync in front of a camera.

Concept - Zero. The cartoon is pretty much Toxic animated.

Britney has not only managed to get maximum returns on zero investment, but has made a smart move in creating an anime cartoon—Japanimation has introduced environmentalism to the animated genre, with popular cartoons like Nausicaa leading the pack. Yes, we know it’s weird to hear it: but Britney Spears’ business model is flawless.
