She says she doesn't, the picture above is from last May, she was drunk again in June, thats enough time to show that even though she is a party girl,(nothing wrong with that at 23) it's still 2 weeks to a month before she drinks again. It's not record that she's moving to Los Angeles, but she has said before that she has no intention of moving there.
