Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Can’t Stand the Heat, Threaten to Leave the Jungle

Well, we could have predicted this one. Spencer and Heidi Pratt, the recently married villain and Barbie doll of The Hills fame have left Los Angeles for Costa Rica – the jungle, to be exact. They’re contestants on NBC’s I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, which premiered last night. However, they’ve already threatened to quit. Something about lack of special treatment and a number of priceless on camera meltdowns (check out Heidi’s above). You know, ‘cause they’re sooo famous and totally deserve star treatment. Heidi was even overheard complaining that they should have gotten “real celebrities like K-Fed” – again, since K-Fed is sooo famous.

We might tune in just to witness the torture of two people we absolutely love to hate. But we’d like to advise that next time Speidi wants to get away, they avoid the jungle and head to the beach. We’d love to recommend our east side coastlines. The NRDC tested the waters and found that Long Beach, Fire Island, and The Hamptons have some pretty fabulous waves.
