Jon Gosselin’s life has really gone down the shitter. His relationship with the woman who used to be Kate but is now a fembot with a mullet has pretty much disintegrated. This led him to an affair with 23-year-old teacher Deanna Hummel, which led to national press after word got out that J was cheating on K. Basically, Jon’s life kind of sucks right now. Which is why it’s understandable that he wants to up and leave it all behind and move to the city where dreams come true: New York, New York!
Rumor has it Gosselin is eyeing a one bedroom apartment in Trump Place on the Upper West Side. The place is only 700 square feet, so images of sex swings hung above baby cribs and jacuzzi’s packed with hookers seem like figments of our overly active imagination. Seriously, though, where is Jon going to put 8 kids? 700 square feet ain’t no palace. Perhaps he should consider taking up residence in the luxury condos of 311 E 11th Street. Dubbed The Village Green, this sustainable building is LEED certified. A Japanese Daikin system for heat/AC will be used instead of a gas boiler and 50% of the energy cost for the building will go toward wind-generated electricity. It’s set to be one of the greenest buildings in the city!
UPDATE: On last night’s Jon and Kate Plus 8, Jon and wife Kate Gosselin publicly announced their divorce. They also filed their divorce papers hours before the episode which kind of defeats the purpose of all the build up to the episode.
